"The Daily Taco" is your headquarters for all the latest news and events in my year-long quest to eat at least one taco each and every day.
Why would I set out to succeed in such a fantastic endeavor? The reasons are 3-fold.
#1) It's funny. This is the driving force behind my climb of the daunting mountain of tacos that looms before me.
#2) After much research, I have come to conclude that taco's may be the perfect health food! Each delicious pouch of Mexican goodness has the complex carbs (tortilla), protein (chicken, beef, pork, fish, ect.) , good fats (avocado) , fiber (beans) , and vegetation (salsa) to constitute a self-contained balanced meal.
#3) Most importantly: Taco's are just sooooooo damn TASTY!
As the the next 365 days (actually 366 because it is a leap year) tick by, I will be posting a picture of each taco I consume, along with a short (or long if I'm feeling particularly verbose that day) description of my experience with said taco.

Ahh yes, I see we are part of the team now! I especially appreciate that you put "Assistant and Chief" as I am on the right hand side of the picture and we wouldn't want anyone getting confused. I also enjoy our email address quite a bit. Gracias Senor Salty!
senor salty- have you no red eye reduction mechanism? The devil currently resides in the ATQC.
