Day 118: Casa de Senor Salty
Finally got a chance to eat the leftovers from Festivus fiesta today. I'm fairly certain that the pineapple salsa and spicy slaw were far superior after a couple of days in the fridge, and with the addition of some extra BBQ sauce and 20 minutes in the oven, the pork made a full recovery to its perky porcine perfection of Sunday night.
