"The Daily Taco" is your headquarters for all the latest news and events in my year-long quest to eat at least one taco each and every day.
Why would I set out to succeed in such a fantastic endeavor? The reasons are 3-fold.
#1) It's funny. This is the driving force behind my climb of the daunting mountain of tacos that looms before me.
#2) After much research, I have come to conclude that taco's may be the perfect health food! Each delicious pouch of Mexican goodness has the complex carbs (tortilla), protein (chicken, beef, pork, fish, ect.) , good fats (avocado) , fiber (beans) , and vegetation (salsa) to constitute a self-contained balanced meal.
#3) Most importantly: Taco's are just sooooooo damn TASTY!
As the the next 365 days (actually 366 because it is a leap year) tick by, I will be posting a picture of each taco I consume, along with a short (or long if I'm feeling particularly verbose that day) description of my experience with said taco.

First of all, there no tacos in cambodia or thailand and very few food items even claiming to be mexican food/tacos - none of which actually are anyway. Secondly sad that there have been such exciting toco-centered events at home that i haven't been able to participate in whilst abroad. Lastly, come partake in gordo's next sunday eve with me and the veivela and the rents.
Is this an open invite to taco lovers everywhere? We are awaiting stories and pix of the Kingdom of Thailand...
