Day 167: Home Sweet Home


Who would have thought that Italian sausage would make a good taco filling? Certainly not Senor Salty, yet I found myself this evening with two leftover sausages from a pasta dinner I had whipped up earlier in the week as the only option available in my fridge. after being browned and seasoned with a little cayenne pepper, the sausage went surprisingly with the usual suspects of my taco additions.
